What are the dumpings called in the picture and what are they filled with? We tried to describe to the waitress what we wanted but she was no getting it and brought out something different that we didn't like.
The noodles were AWESOME though and like you said HUGE portions. We were going to order three different ones (for the four of us) and she said we should just get two. Good thing because we still took home leftovers!
