When my friend told us that a tree was bearing fruit in housing - I thought maybe we'd scavenge one or two off the ground. What we found was an ample amount to fill our large green commissary bag - still leaving plenty for any other family that drives by.
My one bum kitchen is overrun with mango juice, pulp and peels as we've made lassi, jam, and butter.
We're going to be so sick of mangoes - we won't want any from our own tree next month!

You are a canning queen! I think you should come visit in August and help with my tomato salsa, relish, and canned tomatoes. (I'm also jealous of your weather. It is COLD here!)
You could sell it in the states and make a killing! How 'bout mango syrup...do you make that too? Mango pancakes and waffles?
